- Returns & Replacements

At Red Balloon we want you to be happy every time you shop with us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind, we will offer you a refund, or exchange your item if you decide it's not what you're looking for. To return your items, please send them to Returns Dept., Red Balloon, 3 Wellgate, Ossett, West Yorkshire. WF5 8NS. Please enclose a copy of the delivery note with the goods. You will be responsible for any postage charges. All returned (non-faulty) goods must be in their original packaging, with the relevant tags still in place and in a condition that would enable us to sell the item to someone else as new. In the case of footwear, this means they must not have been worn outside.
To qualify for a refund all items must be returned (as above) within 7 days of receipt in order to receive a refund or exchange. After this time a credit note will be issued.
Any items purchased that are subject to a 50% sale discount or greater are sold to clear and therefore will not be accepted as return.
Please note that any delivery charges will not be refunded, nor will any postage costs incurred by returning the item(s) to us, unless the item(s) are faulty.
